Διαγωνισμός “Unlimited 100”

1. Δώρο
Ο νικητής του Διαγωνισμού θα κερδίσει δωρεάν συνδρομή για περίοδο 12 μηνών στο πλάνο κινητής ‘Unlimited 100’, το οποίο προσφέρεται από την epic (εφεξής το «Δώρο» ή το «Unlimited 100”). Το Δώρο προσφέρει απεριόριστα SMS και απεριόριστα λεπτά ομιλίας σε όλα τα εθνικά δίκτυα καθώς και 100GB δεδομένων.
Το Δώρο είναι συγκεκριμένο, αυστηρά προσωπικό και δεν μπορεί να εξαργυρωθεί με χρήματα, ούτε να ανταλλαγεί με άλλο δώρο ή προϊόν. Το Δώρο θα παραλαμβάνεται από τους νικητές, αυτοπροσώπως, από τα Κεντρικά Γραφεία της epic στη Λευκωσία, αφού υπογράψουν τα αντίστοιχα έντυπα αποδοχής του Δώρου και/ή τα αντίστοιχα συνδρομητικά έντυπα της epic.

2. Δικαίωμα Συμμετοχής στο Διαγωνισμό.
Οι συμμετέχοντες στο Διαγωνισμό πρέπει να είναι μόνιμοι κάτοικοι της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας, να έχουν συμπληρώσει το 18ο έτος της ηλικίας τους κατά την ημερομηνία συμμετοχής τους στο Διαγωνισμό και να έχουν δικαιοπρακτική ικανότητα συμμετοχής.

Οποιοσδήποτε δικαιούται να λάβει μέρος στο Διαγωνισμό και να λάβει το Δώρο, ανεξάρτητα του αν είναι πελάτης της epic ή όχι.

3. Παραλαβή του Δώρου.
Εάν ο νικητής δεν είναι υφιστάμενος συνδρομητής της epic, θα πρέπει να υπογράψει συνδρομητικό συμβόλαιο διάρκειας 24 μηνών, με μεταφορά του υφιστάμενου αριθμού του, ή με την παροχή σε αυτόν, νέου αριθμού από την epic. Με τη λήξη των 12 μηνών δωρεάν παροχής του Unlimited 100, ο συνδρομητής έχει το δικαίωμα να διακόψει το συμβόλαιο χωρίς οποιαδήποτε χρέωση ή να επιλέξει τη συνέχιση παροχής προς αυτόν του Unlimited 100 καταβάλλοντας τη μηνιαία του χρέωση η οποία ανέρχεται στο ποσό των €49,90 (εφεξής η «Μηνιαία Χρέωση»). Για το σκοπό αυτό, πριν τη λήξη των 12 μηνών, η epic θα επικοινωνήσει με το συνδρομητή για να ενημερωθεί για την επιλογή του.
Εάν ο νικητής είναι υφιστάμενος συνδρομητής της epic, με την υπογραφή της αποδοχής του Δώρου θα αρχίζει η περίοδος παροχής του Unlimited 100, δωρεάν, για 12 μήνες. Με τη λήξη των 12 μηνών, ο συνδρομητής έχει το δικαίωμα να συνεχίσει στο Unlimited 100, καταβάλλοντας την Μηνιαία Χρέωση ή να επιστρέψει στο πλάνο κινητής που είχε αρχικά, μέχρι και τη λήξη του συμβολαίου του. Σε περίπτωση που κατά τη διάρκεια παροχής του Δώρου, το αρχικό συμβόλαιο του υφιστάμενου συνδρομητή έχει λήξει, θα πρέπει να προβεί σε ανανέωση του συμβολαίου του, είτε στη βάση του πλάνου κινητής του αρχικού του συμβολαίου είτε στη βάση οποιουδήποτε άλλου πλάνου το οποίο θα επιλέξει.

4. Ενημέρωση για την Επεξεργασία Προσωπικών Δεδομένων από την epic.
Η επεξεργασία προσωπικών δεδομένων η οποία διενεργείται στα πλαίσια του Διαγωνισμού αφορά μόνο στοιχεία τα οποία είναι απαραίτητα για την απονομή του Δώρου.

Τα προσωπικά δεδομένα τα οποία θα παρέχονται στην epic (εφεξής «τα Δεδομένα») θα φυλάγονται από την epic εφαρμόζοντας κατάλληλα τεχνικά και οργανωτικά μέτρα προστασίας των Δεδομένων και δεν θα κοινοποιούνται σε οποιουσδήποτε τρίτους. Σημειώνεται ότι τα Δεδομένα θα φυλάγονται για όσο καιρό είναι αναγκαίο για σκοπούς απονομής του Δώρου. Αν ο νικητής δεν επιθυμεί να παραλάβει το Δώρο, τα Δεδομένα θα διαγράφονται. H epic δύναται, κατά την παράδοση του Δώρου να ζητήσει από το νικητή περαιτέρω στοιχεία για σκοπούς απονομής του Δώρου, περιλαμβανομένου του αριθμού της ταυτότητάς του. Σημειώνεται ότι ο νικητής ο οποίος θα αποδεχθεί το Δώρο διατηρεί το δικαίωμα πρόσβασης, διόρθωσης ή διαγραφής των Δεδομένων του ή περιορισμού της επεξεργασίας που τον αφορά ή του δικαιώματος αντίταξης στην επεξεργασία των Δεδομένων καθώς και του δικαιώματος στη φορητότητα των Δεδομένων του, συμφώνως του περί της Προστασίας των Φυσικών Προσώπων έναντι της Επεξεργασίας των Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα και της Ελεύθερης Κυκλοφορίας των Δεδομένων αυτών, Νόμου του 2018 (Ν.125(Ι)2018). “Unlimited 100” Competition

1. Award
Winner of the competition will receive free subscription for a period of 12 months on the mobile telephony plan ‘Unlimited 100’, which is offered by epic (hereinafter the ‘Award’). The Award offers unlimited SMS and unlimited minutes to all national networks as well as 100GB of data.
The Award is specific, strictly personal and cannot be redeemed with money or exchanged to any other Award or product. The Award will be received by the winners in person from epic’s Headquarters in Nicosia, after signing the respective Award acceptance forms and/or the corresponding subscription forms of epic.

2. Right to participate in the competition.
The participants in the competition must be permanent residents of the Republic of Cyprus, they must have reached the age of 18 on the date of their participation in the Competition and must have a legal capacity to participate. Everyone is entitled to take part in the Competition and receive the Award, whether they are customers of epic or not.

3. Receipt of the Award.
If the winner is not an existing subscriber of epic, he/she must sign a 24-month subscription contract by transferring his/her existing number to epic or by obtaining a new number from epic. Upon the expiration of the 12-month free Unlimited 100 period, the subscriber has the right to terminate the contract without any charge or choose to remain on the Unlimited 100 plan by paying its monthly charge which amounts to €49,90 (“Monthly Charge”). For this purpose, before the expiration of the 12-month period, epic will contact the subscriber to be informed accordingly.

If the winner is an existing subscriber of epic, by signing the acceptance of the Award, the provision of the Unlimited 100 period begins, for 12 months, free of charge. At the end of the 12 months, the subscriber has the right to remain on the Unlimited 100 plan, by paying its Monthly Charge or return to his/her original mobile telephony plan until the termination of his/her contract. If, during the provision of the Award, the original contract of the existing subscriber has expired, he/she will have to renew it, either on the basis of the mobile telephony plan of his original contract or on the basis of any other plan he/she chooses.

4. Information on the Processing of Personal Data by epic.
The processing of personal data which is carried out by epic concerns only data necessary for the purpose of granting the Award.
The Personal Data provided to epic (hereinafter “the Data”) will be kept by epic using all appropriate technical and organisational standards for the protection of the Data and will not be disclosed to any third party. Please note that the Data will be retained only for the period necessary for the purpose of granting the Award. Epic may, at the time of delivery of the Award, ask the winner for further personal data for the purpose of granting the Award, including his/her identity number. It should be noted that the winner who accepts the Award reserves the right to request from epic access to and rectification or erasure of the Data or restriction of processing in relation to the Data or the right to object to the processing as well as the right to Data portability in accordance with the Law Providing for the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and for the Free Movement of such Data [Law 125 (I) 2018].
